How do I make a booking?

Bookings should be made in advance over the phone or in person at our shop. Photo ID and proof of address must be supplied, and all hires are to be paid up front using a credit/debit card registered to the hirer.

Do you supply the fuel?

All diesel machinery comes with a full tank which is charged on a sale or return basis at the end of the hire. In general, we do not fill petrol machines. There is an exception for machines with larger fuel tanks which come 1/4 full -  this is sale or return based on current petrol prices at the time of off-hire.

Do I need insurance?

The hirer can get plant insurance from most insurance providers. We do not offer a damage waiver, nor do we recommend specific insurers. In the event of loss/damage, the hirer, must pay for the loss/damage before claiming the money back from the insurance company.

As per our hire terms, all damages/loss is the sole responsibility of the hirer, and they are invoiced accordingly.
